RETURN POLICY
All items must be returned new, unused and with all Focus Jean garment tags still attached within 30 days for a full refund
*Next day air charges are nonrefundable.
**International orders (including Canada) must pay for shipping on returns.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Final Sale Items may not be returned.

RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. For Canadian orders, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable
Please note that refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

COLORS
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on Focus Jean as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate. Also, since all denim products are washed by hand so there will be some color variation from piece to piece.
